Tempest lost 47 pounds. While pregnant with her daughter, she gained a significant amount of weight. Seven days after giving birth, she started her transformation journey. She wants to be as healthy as possible for herself and her children. Intermittent fasting and low carb meals are part of her plan.
I had my beautiful daughter on January 21, 2020. I gained 65 pounds, and I started working out when my daughter was seven days old. I am a huge advocate for weight loss, and this is actually my 4th time losing over 80-100lbs. I look forward to being the healthiest I’ve ever been.
What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My motivation was my children. I want to be the healthiest I can be for them and be their model parent. I’m showing my son, who is 21, that health is important. I also want to inspire my followers and let them know that they can go as far as they put their minds to.
How did you change your eating habits?
I did intermittent fasting and low carb. I ate a lot of eggs and drink water.
What is your workout routine?
I jump rope, run, and go to the gym 3-4 days per week.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 220 pounds after I gave birth. I weigh 173 pounds to date, and my daughter is 14 months old.

I am 5’1″.
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey the day my daughter was born, and it took about ten months to see a really significant change.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
I do not believe in surgery for MYSELF…To each their own, but I enjoy seeing the fruit of my labor and myself being the reason I am successful.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I’ve learned that I have to keep going even when I don’t feel like it, and consistency is key.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
Please keep going and incorporate self-care during your journey so you can love and celebrate yourself at each level.
