Relaxed breathing. This system involves deep, even breathing using the diaphragm muscle to expand the lungs. The goal is to slow your breathing, take in more oxygen, and reduce the use of the muscles in your shoulders, neck, and upper chest while breathing so that you can breathe more efficiently.

A quiet environment. As a beginner, practicing relaxation may be easier if you are in a quiet place with less distractions, including television, radio, cell phones, and all other noise creating devices

As you become more adept at meditation, you’ll be ready to roll in the hay anywhere, especially in high-stress situations where you primarily benefit from meditation, such as a robbery, a stressful work meeting, or a line. spread out in the supermarket.
